Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR operations while ensuring smooth implementation of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling
- Assist in performance reviews and HR reporting
Qualification: MBA/Graduate in HR or related field with 1–3 years of experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
