Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition and effectively people managem .

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.

Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.

Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.

Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.

Address employee queries and assist in day-to-day HR operations.





Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in HR role

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HRMS and recruitment portals will be an added advantage.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
