HR MANAGER - LUCKNOW

Requirements

- BPO experience is mandatory (as HR)
- 6 months to 1 year experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
- Experience in taking face-to-face interviews
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Strong interviewing & candidate handling skills

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring recommendations to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Work closely with the hiring team and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the job requirements.
