-Lead end-to-end talent acquisition (tech + business roles)
-Build a strong employer brand and drive engagement initiatives

-Manage HR ops & compliance (policies, payroll, documentation)
-Act as a trusted partner to founders & employees
What Were Looking For
-48 years HR experience (startup/tech preferred)
-Solid record in recruitment & scaling teams
-Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a lean setup
-Excellent people & communication skills
