.3Time to time discussing with management regarding new systems & actual implementation.

4Handling overall payroll management up to salary processing.

5Visiting Factory for HR activities.

6Working on Current Systems such as:-a) Filing Systemb) OT calculation systemc) Leaves Allocationd) PF & ESIC Provisione) Attendance System (Face Scanner)f) ID cards for employees - Company Employees as well as Contractors7Techincal Support Management (Valisha Technology, Techtrix, BSNL Lease-Line)Check1Supervise and manage all day-to-day activities like office administration.Acts1Liasioning with external agencies such as ESIC, PF.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
