A reputed real estate company HTN DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. based in Guwahati is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team.

Position: HR Manager

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate with flat buyers, property buyers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage team performance, training, and staff development.
- Support overall office administration and team management.
- Assist management in achieving organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry.




- Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure.
