HR Manager Intern | HawkVance Pvt Ltd

HawkVance Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Manager Intern to help us build and manage our growing intern team.

What you'll work on

- Manage and coordinate other interns
- Prepare and issue offer letters
- Collect, organize, and verify employee/intern documents
- Maintain basic HR records and documentation
- Coordinate with our CA and legal team on company compliance
- Support onboarding and other day-to-day HR activities
- Help improve internal HR processes as we grow

Here's the thing: HawkVance is an unfunded startup. This is an unpaid internship, and we currently can't offer a salary or stipend.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely interested in HR, startup operations, and learning how things work behind the scenes. You'll get hands-on responsibility rather than just watching from the sidelines.
