Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation

- Process accurate and timely bi-weekly or monthly payroll for high-volume hourly and salaried outlet / plant staff.

- Manage complex F&B; pay structures, including split shifts, overtime calculations, holiday pay, and tip-pooling/service-charge distributions.

- Handle tax withholdings, statutory benefits, garnishments, and insurance deductions.

- Reconcile payroll data with the finance and accounting departments and manage general ledger entries.

Human Resources Operations

- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and compliance documentation (such as food handler permits, background checks, and right-to-work records).

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

- Ensure strict adherence to local and national labor laws, specifically regarding working hours, breaks,



and child labor regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of combined HR and payroll management experience, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or F&B; sector.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Time & Attendance tracking systems, and industry-standard payroll software.

- Soft Skills: Solid communication, active listening, and high attention to detail for error-free payroll calculation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
