Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Sector -82A IT City Mohali.

The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will manage HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards.

Daily responsibilities also include payroll coordination support, attendance and leave management, HR reporting, and collaboration with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.




- Ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives that support organizational goals
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within construction, engineering, design, or project-based environments.
