Experience: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) and employee exit formalities.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.
- Handle internal/external HR audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills: Strong communication, employee handling, payroll & compliance knowledge, MS Excel/HRMS, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
