We are a growing restaurant chain with 20 outlets across Kerala, looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage our HR operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and policy implementation.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate manpower requirements across outlets.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Lead and support the HR team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labour compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
