We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Human Resources to lead and strengthen our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a formal HR qualification, experience in consulting organizations, and a strong ability to recruit and manage high volume of talent acquisition and staff development. The role requires a proactive, innovative qualified who can support organizational growth while ensuring HR excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition – high quality and volume hiring

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals – identify training need, build reward and recognition policies

· Employee management - engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements with regards to staff and consultants

· Maintain HR documentation, records, and reporting systems

· Drive HR analytics and data-driven decision-making

· Manage and optimize HRMIS systems and processes

· Support organizational development and startup-scale HR initiatives





· Foster a positive workplace culture, brand building and employee job enrichment

Required Qualifications & Experience

· MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.

· 5-6 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a consulting firm.

· Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.

· Strong expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.

· Knowledge of HR compliance, documentation, and employment regulations.

· Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and HRMIS platforms.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
