Position: Learning & Development - Assistant Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs through discussions with department heads and performance reviews.
- Develop and coordinate induction, technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
- Organize clinical and non-clinical training sessions for hospital staff.
- Coordinate with internal trainers and external training partners.
- Monitor employee participation and maintain training records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital accreditation and statutory training requirements (NABH/JCI preferred).
- Prepare training calendars, reports, and MIS for management.
- Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications




- MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and accreditation standards is preferred.
