Job Title: Human Resource Intern

Role Overview The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, HRMS management, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation of interns and employees.
- Maintain HRMS records and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.




- Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.

Eligibility Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
