About Us

We are a growing IT Services company specializing in Software Development, AI Solutions, Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud Services, QA Testing, UI/UX Design, and IT Staff Augmentation. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn HR operations and talent acquisition in the IT industry. Fresher Candidates will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.

Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain HR records and employee documents.

Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities.

Prepare recruitment reports and HR MIS.

Requirements

MBA (HR) / BBA / Bachelor's degree (Final Year or Recent Graduate).





Good communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.

Interest in the IT Services industry.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri or Indeed.

Basic understanding of technical roles like Java, .NET, React, Python, QA, DevOps, etc.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
