Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding activities.
- Support daily HR operations and recruitment documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
