The Role

- You build the engine.
- Your job is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and employee engagement to keep Frigate growing fast.
- You do not set strategic policy; you find outstanding candidates, screen for alignment, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth operations from sourcing to onboarding.

What You'll Do Daily

- Source profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and campus databases based on active job mandates.
- Conduct initial phone screening to verify basic details: location, notice period, and CTC expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.




- Track candidate pipelines daily and update internal recruitment trackers — no exceptions.
- Assist in onboarding documentation, background verification checks, and employee file management.
- Drive internal employee engagement activities and coordinate festive or team events.
- Assist management with monthly payroll data compilation and attendance tracking.

Targets: 40+ profiles sourced/week → 15+ initial screenings/week → 4-5 final round interviews coordinated/week.

Must Have

- Strong operational discipline — you update candidate trackers daily without being chased.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High bias for action and phone stamina — you are comfortable making multiple screening calls daily.
- People-first attitude with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality on employee records.

Good To Have

- Familiarity with modern job portals
- Prior internship experience in an HR or recruitment agency environment.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
