Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Indore (On-site)

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

CoderWing is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.




- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
