As an HR intern, you'll work closely with the HR team and assist in various day-to-day tasks across recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and basic compliance. This role is perfect if you're curious about how HR runs behind the scenes at start-ups and are ready to roll up your sleeves and learn by doing!

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms (aka headhunting!).

- Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews post-approval from the HR manager or department leads.

Documentation & Onboarding

- Help maintain and update HR documents like SOPs and the Employee Handbook.

- Support the onboarding process for recent hires—from welcome kits to orientation planning.

Training & Performance

- Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions (product knowledge + soft skills).

- Monitor employee task completion and help track performance milestones.





- Assist in monthly KPI tracking and preparing review reports.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

- Coordinate data for payroll processing and help ensure timely submissions.

- Support in implementing company policies and ensure legal documentation is up to date.

Employee Engagement

- Assist in addressing employee concerns and support activities that build a positive work culture.

What we want you to be

- A student or recent graduate in HR, business administration, or any people-focused field.

- Strong interest in HR and a willingness to learn (don't worry if you don't know it all yet!).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable with MS Office/Google Sheets/Docs.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
