Role Description The HR Intern role at Espiratia is a 3 months unpaid remote internship focused on supporting core human resources activities and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

The intern will support personnel management tasks such as onboarding coordination, benefits-related queries, and basic employee engagement initiatives. Additional activities may involve researching HR best practices, preparing reports,



and collaborating with HR team members on projects that enhance HR operations and organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.and shall nwo basics of recruitment.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Personnel Management and employee record handling.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a skilled and inclusive approach.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and HR-related software is an advantage.
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in HR, people operations, or organizational development through coursework, projects, or internships is beneficial.
