Job Summary The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.

HR Administration

Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, and incentives.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

Maintain records related to statutory benefits and employee compliance.

Training & Development

Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.





Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with department heads.

HR

- Robust knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

: Screen calls, manage emails, and draft correspondence on the MD's behalf.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and event

Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field.
