Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee database. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
