Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic HR Planning & Workforce Management

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce requirements.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and ensure timely closure of critical positions as per approved manpower plans and hiring TAT.
- Employee Engagement & Retention

Develop and implement employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- Performance Management – KPI/KRA & Appraisals

Establish and monitor KPI/KRA frameworks, manage appraisal cycles, and ensure performance reviews are completed fairly and on time.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Management

Oversee employee relations, grievance resolution, conflict management, and disciplinary matters while maintaining a positive and skilled work environment.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Ensure smooth management of onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.

Compliance & Governance

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational guidelines.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning

Identify high-potential employees, support learning and development initiatives, create career growth opportunities, and establish succession plans for key roles.
- HR MIS, Analytics & Management Reporting

Maintain accurate HR data and provide regular MIS covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, performance, employee engagement, and other key HR metrics.
- HR Team Leadership & Organizational Development

Lead, mentor, and monitor the HR team while collaborating with management on organizational development, process improvement, culture building, and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Work Location: In person Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
