Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to independently manage all HR functions at our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have sound knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Address employee grievances, maintain discipline, and foster positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate employee records.




- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely hiring.
- Support overall HR and administrative activities to ensure smooth plant operations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline with 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
- Ability to independently handle complete plant HR operations.
- Good understanding of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
