1. Plant HR Operations & Recruitment

- Lead end-to-end plant HR operations with full ownership.

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction of employees.

2. Payroll Coordination & Workforce Management

- Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll input validation (on-roll & contract workforce).

- Coordinate with finance team for timely salary processing.

- Ensure wage structure compliance as per statutory norms.

3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns.

- Support inspections and audits by labour authorities.

- Handle contractor compliance and documentation audits.

4. Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement

- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Maintain positive industrial relations and harmonious work setting.

- Drive engagement initiatives and welfare activities for plant employees.

- Support performance management processes at plant level.
