Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to oversee our talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. As Orange Interior expands its footprint in high-compliance sectors like healthcare and large-scale commercial fit-outs, you will be responsible for recruiting skilled site engineers, project managers, design specialists, and labor contractors, while building a strong corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, and administrative roles, with a focus on interior design, civil engineering, and project management talent.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage seamless onboarding programs tailored to both corporate staff and site-based engineers.

Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve site/office grievances, and foster an engaging work culture.





Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, health and safety policies (crucial for site operations), and internal HR standards.

Performance Management: Execute annual performance appraisal cycles, setting explicit KPIs for design, sales, and site engineering teams.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of HR experience, preferably within construction, interior fit-outs, or civil engineering firms.

Strong understanding of labor laws and site-safety compliance standards.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
