Role Overview We are looking for an HR professional who will primarily drive Talent Acquisition (70%) while also supporting key HR Generalist responsibilities (30%). The role requires someone who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (70%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollout
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

HR Generalist (30%)

- Support onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation




- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations
- Handle basic HR queries and support day-to-day HR activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in HR with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

- Experience in financial services / BFSI (good to have)
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
