Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 INR per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist with at least 1Year of experience in Human Resources The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, and attendance management. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to build a career in HR while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Sourcing Resumes through Naukri.com, Linkedin, Apna.com and other social media platforms.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HRMS records.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Draft HR-related letters, emails, policies, and internal communications.
- Support performance management processes and employee grievance handling.




- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with HRMS or attendance management software will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with an HR specialization.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or HR Recruitment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
