Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations, good communication skills, and the ability to handle employee queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations from employee joining to exit.

- Coordinate the employee onboarding and induction process.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.

- Handle attendance, leave, and employee data management.

- Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and deductions.

- Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other HR documentation.

- Handle employee queries and grievances and ensure timely resolution.

- Support performance appraisal and employee review processes.

- Coordinate full & final settlement and exit formalities.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.





- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

- Support recruitment and joining formalities whenever required.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.

- Good knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple HR activities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,626.49 - ₹20,175.43 per month
