Job Opening: HR Generalist

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary

Eye Cura is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience across recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and overall HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS.

Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.

Coordinate performance appraisal activities.

Assist in training and development programs.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR dashboards.

Exit formalities, full & final settlements, and relieving documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources,



MBA HR, or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Robust knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
