We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive cum Recruiter. Candidates from a real estate background will have an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with supporting key HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.

Support HR operations such as attendance, employee engagement, and HR records.

Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Experience: 2 3 years in HR recruitment.

Real estate background will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of MS Excel (data handling, reports, trackers, basic formulas).

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Good coordination and organizational ability.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be given preference.

Outstation candidates are not being considered for this role.
