Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused HR Executive - Talent Acquisition HR Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operational activities. This role requires a proactive professional who can efficiently source, screen, coordinate, and onboard talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Success in this role will be measured by timely hiring, recruitment quality, process efficiency, and seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across corporate, technical, operations, sales, finance, and support functions.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, Department Heads, and Leadership Teams.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Coordinate offer rollouts, document collection, background verification, and onboarding activities.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports.

- Support HR operations, including employee documentation, HRMS updates, onboarding, confirmation processes, and employee records.

- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities as required.





- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality and candidate experience.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

- Experience hiring for Corporate, Technical, Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or Logistics positions.

- Prior experience in Logistics, Cold Chain, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, Warehousing, Transportation, or Recruitment Consultancy will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS platforms, and recruitment portals is desirable.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

- HR certifications in Recruitment, HR Analytics, or HRMS will be considered an added advantage.
