- Responsible for overall HR functions at plant.
- Manpower Planning and budgeting with all the departments.
- Responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for sourcing the best talent from the diverse source after the identification manpower requirements for departments.
- Responsible for conducting training orientation/induction programs for the new recruits.
- Manages complete lifecycle from hire to retire.
- Maintaining Personal File of all employees.
- Responsible for Attendance and Payroll and Leave management.
- Responsible for Compensation, Employee welfare, Employee engagement activities.
- To felicitating healthy working setting and maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
- Responsible for handling statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Factories Act.
- Contract labour Management.
- Liasioning with various government authorities for the compliances.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's mission and objectives.




- Responsible for pre-employment and periodic medical check-up of employees and also responsible to maintain agreement with Doctor.
- Responsible to maintain pest control activity and also responsible to maintain agreement with Pest control agency.
- Responsible for preparation and execution of HR SOPs.
- Other duties assign by management time to time.
- To arrange Management review meeting as per the frequency defined in SOP.
