HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

- Solid sourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
