Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
HR Operations, Attendance & Payroll Inputs
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Executive role
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage)
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, HRMS/ATS, and MS Office and MS Excel.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹20,001.51 - ₹30,095.07 per month
