HR EXECUTIVE

Kovai Vidyashram is looking for a dedicated, organised, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our school.

The selected candidate will support the school’s HR functions, including staff recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, staff coordination, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Educational Qualification

BBA or MBA, preferably specialising in Human Resources

Candidates with experience in a school or educational institution will be given preference

- Freshers with strong communication and organisational skills may also apply

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment procedures

Good documentation and record-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Skilled, approachable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
