:

We are looking for an HR Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll support, and employee onboarding. The candidate should have basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employee onboarding and documentation process

- Support monthly payroll processing

- Assist in PF & ESI filings and compliance activities

- Maintain employee records and HR database

- Coordinate statutory documentation and reports

- Support HR audits and compliance checks

- Prepare basic HR MIS reports

- Assist in day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

- 1 year experience in HR operations

- Immediate joiner preferred

- Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR or related field.

- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

- Experience in payroll support

- Good knowledge of MS Excel

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Attention to detail
