Job Title: HR Executive (Onsite, Immediate Joiner Preferred)

We are a growing organization with both remote and onsite teams, currently looking for an HR Executive to join our office and manage end-to-end HR operations. This is an onsite role supporting both in-office and remote employees. We are looking for someone who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end hiring, interviews, and onboarding for onsite and remote roles
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and company policies
- Assist with performance appraisals, payroll coordination, and employee benefits
- Organize engagement activities for onsite staff and virtual initiatives for remote staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries

What We're Looking For:

- 1-2 years of HR experience (experience managing hybrid or remote teams is a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with HR software, CRM tools,



and remote collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Meet, etc.)
- Comfortable working onsite full-time while coordinating with a distributed team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
