Position: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in labour laws and compliance to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies effectively within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

 Manage end-to-end statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour welfare legislations.

 Handle audits, inspections, and liaise with government bodies as required.

 Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

 Maintain accurate records related to compliance, employee data, and statutory filings.

 Provide guidance and support to management and employees on labour law-related issues.

 Monitor changes in labour laws and update internal policies accordingly.

 Assist in resolving employee grievances related to workplace compliance and ethics.





 Conduct training sessions to educate employees on company policies and legal compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

 1 to 4 years of relevant HR experience with a solid focus on labour laws and compliance.

 In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred:

 Certification in Labour Law Compliance or related legal courses.

 Experience in handling HR audits and government inspections.
