Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports and HR databases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are welcome to apply.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple hiring requirements.
