Role Description The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The role involves assisting in the implementation of HR policies, coordinating training and development activities, and supporting performance management processes.

The HR Executive will handle employee relations matters, address queries, and help ensure a positive, compliant, and safe work environment. This is a full-time,



on-site role based at Gunam Super Speciality Hospital in Uppal, requiring close collaboration with clinical and non-clinical departments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes and initiatives.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or payroll support.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including statutory requirements, hospital-specific guidelines, and best practices.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital HR is a plus.
