- HR Operations, Payroll Coordination & Compliance
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- HR MIS & Reports
Requirements:
Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure preferred
Knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll & Indian Labour Laws
HRMS/ERP exposure and positive communication skills
