Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of employee records in HRMS.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and employee movements.
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate recruitment activities for clinical, non-clinical, and support staff.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and support the selection process.
- Facilitate joining formalities and ensure timely manpower deployment.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary, and HR policies.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Promote positive employee relations and a healthy workplace environment.
- Hospital HR Operations
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for day-to-day HR requirements.
- Support manpower planning based on hospital operational needs.
- Monitor staffing levels, absenteeism, attrition, and employee engagement.
- Statutory Compliance




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, minimum wages, working hours, and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and statutory authorities when required.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate probation confirmation, performance appraisals, and employee evaluations.
- Support managers in performance-related documentation and processes.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain training records and support mandatory hospital training programs.
- HR Reports & MIS
- Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, vacancies, attrition, absenteeism, manpower cost, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and engagement activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.




- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and applicable labour laws.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
