About The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable professional to join our team as an HR, Operations & Executive Secretary. This multifaceted role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our administrative and operational processes while providing strategic support to our senior management.

The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between various departments, managing human resources activities, overseeing daily office operations, and acting as an executive secretary to our leadership team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and efficiency of NextGen Medworks, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR management, office operations, and executive support is essential.





Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HRMS/ERP systems will be highly advantageous. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to manage stakeholder interactions effectively.

A proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Oversee employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR databases to ensure data integrity. Coordinate payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance team, and support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.

Address employee queries confidentially and maintain a positive work environment.

Operations: Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Monitor office functions, facilitate communication between clinical, administrative, and support teams, and maintain operational records, reports, and dashboards for management review.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency. Support audits, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts.



Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

Executive Secretary: Manage the schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of senior management, ensuring optimal time management. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to facilitate effective decision-making.

Draft official correspondence, presentations, and reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Coordinate communication between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders. Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by leadership, providing administrative support to ensure successful project execution.
