Job Title: HR Executive

Elightwalk Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience, preferably in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist with payroll inputs and PF & ESIC-related activities.




- Support performance management, probation, and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience.
- IT industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance, payroll support, PF, and ESIC.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
