Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams regarding recruitment requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular HR reports.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in other day-to-day HR activities as required.

Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR can also apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Location: Dadar East, Mumbai Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
