– HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination & Processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, Site Staff and drive payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Independently able to handle Site & Office Labor Compliances - PF, ESIC, MLWF, etc.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required.




- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Prior experience of handling Labor compliance

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software is an advantage.
- Robust organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹11,001.51 - ₹25,095.07 per month
