Role Overview:
The Executive HR – Branch is responsible for managing all HR-related activities at the branch office, ensuring alignment with both branch-specific operational needs and corporate HR policies. This role serves as a key HR touchpoint for employees at the branch, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The Executive HR will have dual reporting lines, coordinating closely with the Branch Manager on daily HR operations and the Corporate HR team on broader HR strategies and compliance issues.
The role focuses on supporting the sales team and other branch staff to ensure a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
· Manage the recruitment process for the branch office, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection processes.
· Work closely with the Branch Manager and Corporate HR to identify staffing needs and hire employees that meet both local and organizational requirements.
· Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the branch and providing orientation on company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
2. Employee Relations:
· Act as the first point of contact for branch employees on HR-related issues, addressing concerns related to attendance, behavior, grievances, and other matters.
· Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with employees and ensuring open lines of communication between staff and management.
· Handle employee grievances in a timely and fair manner, ensuring issues are escalated to the Corporate HR team as needed.
· Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs at the branch level to enhance staff morale and retention.
3. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance:
· Ensure that all HR policies, procedures,
and practices implemented at the branch office are aligned with corporate guidelines and local labor laws.
· Maintain records related to employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations, ensuring timely updates and reporting to Corporate HR.
· Oversee compliance with all labor laws, ensuring that the branch adheres to legal and regulatory requirements concerning employment practices, health and safety, and working conditions.
· Coordinate with Corporate HR to conduct periodic audits to ensure HR compliance across the branch.
4. Performance Management:
· Coordinate the performance appraisal process for branch employees, working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure evaluations are completed on time and with accurate feedback.
· Assist in identifying training and development needs for branch employees, ensuring skill enhancement and alignment with organizational goals.
· Support Corporate HR in implementing any performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees and monitoring their progress.
5. Employee Engagement and Welfare:
· Lead employee engagement initiatives at the branch, ensuring active participation in company-wide events and programs, while also creating branch-specific engagement activities.
· Address employee welfare needs by managing issues related to work-life balance, health and safety, and personal well-being.
· Ensure that the branch office adheres to the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:
· Administer payroll processing at the branch level, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements in coordination with the Corporate HR team.
· Manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with company leave policies and statutory regulations.
· Address any payroll-related queries, ensuring transparency and accuracy in salary payments, deductions, and other benefits.
7. Coordination with Corporate HR:
· Act as the HR liaison between the branch office and the corporate HR team, ensuring that branch HR activities align with the overall organizational HR strategy.
· Provide regular reports to Corporate HR on employee performance, recruitment, turnover, and compliance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
· Implement corporate-driven HR initiatives at the branch level, including training programs, organizational development activities, and HR process improvements.
8. Branch HR Administration:
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring proper filing and adherence to company policy.
· Support administrative duties as they pertain to HR functions, such as updating employee databases, preparing HR reports, and managing personnel files.
· Ensure smooth coordination for HR visits from the corporate office, facilitating any audit or review processes as needed.
Key Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 0 – 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a branch office or sales-oriented environment.
· Certification: Any entry level certification in HR, MS Office will be a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
