Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, exit processes, and background verifications.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth bulk hiring and document verification.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage exit formalities for departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR functions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Robust understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, exit management, and background verification.
- Proficiency in generating offers and managing joinings formalities is essential.
