Job Summary

Arundhati Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Coordinate with candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and required documents.

- Prepare and maintain employee records and personal files.

- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.

- Ensure timely completion of joining documentation and compliance requirements.

- Create employee IDs and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth onboarding.

- Maintain HR databases and update employee information in HRMS.

- Coordinate with payroll and administration teams for employee integration.

- Prepare onboarding reports and maintain accurate records.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBA (HR)



/ PGDM in HR / Graduation with relevant experience.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Onboarding.

- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

- Industry Preference: Retail, Jewellery, FMCG, or Service Industry experience preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.

- Good knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Experience with GreytHR or any HRMS software will be an added advantage.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
